Parkside Village is a 104-unit community comprised of studios, and one and two-bedroom apartment homes. All of Parkside’s studios and one-bedroom units are single-level, ground-floor apartments. Parkside’s two-bedroom units are all “townhouse style,” featuring a main-floor kitchen, living and dining room with bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. There are twelve residential buildings on the property with one centrally-located laundry room and leasing office, which is staffed by full-time management and maintenance personnel.
